Shipping & Delivery Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Updates You'll get tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can watch it make its way to you. We support this behavior entirely.

Secure Checkout All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout system. Your information stays yours. We're only interested in your cat's opinions, not your card number.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control can affect arrival — we'll always do our part, but we can't personally outrun a snowstorm.
