At Moody Meow, we want you to genuinely love your gear — not just tolerate it the way your cat tolerates you. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.
We offer refunds for:
- Items sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products
That's it. That's the list. We're not going to make you read three paragraphs to find it.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund, email us at moodymeowstore@gmail.com with your order number and a quick description of what went wrong. No essay required — a sentence and a photo usually does it.

For best long-term results, follow the washing and care instructions included with your order. We tested these. The cat did not help, but it did supervise.
